摘要
对造成德士古水煤浆气化装置频繁发生支撑板温度高的原因———炉温控制不当、下降管结渣、激冷水水膜分布不均、灰水硬度高和变换冷凝液pH高等进行了认真分析,提出了相应解决办法。采取提温操作、控制激冷水流量及激冷水环下加导流板等措施,大大降低了支撑板温度高发生的频率。
The reason frequently causing the temperature high at prop plank in Texaco gasifier was discussed, which includes the gasifier running in inadequate temperature, downcomer slagging, uneven water film distribution, higher hardness of ash water, the condensate from CO shift section with high pH value. The solutions were presented. By taking the measures, such as increasing the operation temperature of gasifier, introducing the scale inhibitor into the quench water, adding guide plate below the quench ring and etc. , the possibility occurring high temperature at prop plank was greatly reduced.
