摘要
本文以4,7-二氯喹啉和硫化钠为单体,采用溶液缩聚法首次、制备了新型聚芳硫醚树脂——聚喹啉硫醚(PQ S),并通过红外、紫外、荧光、X射线衍射、元素分析、DSC和TGA等测试手段对产品进行了结构和性能的表征。结果表明,该聚合物为线形结晶性高聚物,玻璃化转变温度102℃,熔点397℃,分解温度428℃,具有较好的热稳定性。溶解性实验表明,该聚合物几乎不溶于除强氧化性介质外的酸、碱和有机溶剂,具有优异的耐化学腐蚀性。
With 1,4-Dichloroquinoline and sodium sulfide as raw materials, a new type of polyaryline resin Polyquinoline sulfide(PQS) was researched and prepared for the first time. The structure and characterization of the prepared PQS were testified by means of FT IR spectrum. Elementary analysis.UV spectrum.Fluorescence spectrum, X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. The results show that the PQS is a linear crystalline resin, and Tg=102 ℃, Tm= 397 ℃, Td= 428 ℃. The solution experiment show that the polymer is hardly dissolved by all the general organic solvent, except the oxidative solvent. So it has very good thermal stability and chemical resistance.
