摘要
采用共辐射引发接枝共聚方法在聚丙烯纤维上接枝苯乙烯,通过氯甲基化和胺化反应制备强碱性阴离子交换纤维。研究了反应条件对接枝率、交换容量和纤维强度的影响。结果表明,共辐照接枝反应中,当二乙烯苯含量2%,剂量率0.5 kG y/h^1.0 kG y/h,照射时间5 h^8 h时,接枝纤维的接枝率和力学强度较高。功能化反应中,当氯甲基化反应温度40℃~45℃,反应时间15 h^20 h,胺化反应温度30℃,反应时间15 h^20 h时,制备的纤维具有较好的力学性能和较高的交换容量。
An alkali anion-exchange fiber was synthesized by grafting eopolymerization of styrene onto polypropylene fiber induced by ^60Co γ co-irradiation, cholormethylation and amination reactions. The effects of reaction conditions on grafting yield, ion-exchange capacity and mechanical strength were studied. The results show that the grafting yield is higher and the mechanical strength is better when the dose rate is 0. 5 kGy/h~1. 0 kGy/h, co-irradiation time was 5 h ~8 h, and divinylbenzene content is 2%. The produced fiber has greater ion-exchange capacity and higher mechanical strength under the conditions of ehloromethylation temperature 40 ℃~45 ℃,duration 15 h~20 h, mination temperature 30℃ and duration 15 h~20 h. This fiber has been widely applied in adsorption and separation fields such as determination of trace palladium in automotive catalyzer, distilling and separating of medicament, deeoloration of cane sugar juice, water treatment and so on.
