摘要
介绍了用SHPB装置获得聚碳酸酯冲击压缩应力应变曲线的实验研究,并采用二波法获得了PC材料的应力应变曲线。结果表明:聚碳酸酯材料在动态压缩时,对应变率较敏感,与静态压缩相比,在变形机制方面存在明显的差异;在研究不同温度对冲击压缩应力应变关系时,发现该材料对温度是比较敏感的。
This paper introduces the experimental study using SHPB apparatus for acquiring polycarbonate's stress-strain curve under compressive impact loading. The stress-strain curve was obtained from incident wave and reflected wave under impact loading. The results show that the polycarbonate material is quite sensitive to strain rate under compressive dynamic loading and its deformation mechanics is evidently different from that of static compressive loading. By studying the effect of temperature on the stress-stain relationship under compressive impact loading, it is found out that this type of material is also quite sensitive to temperature.
