摘要 以南方某发电厂水冷壁管的爆管事故为例,通过对水冷壁管的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织等的实验分析,证明水冷壁管爆裂主要是短时急剧过热造成材料的高温强度急剧降低而引起的塑性变形和开裂,建议应从具体的运行环境查找水冷壁过热原因。 Taking an explosion of water - cooled wall tubes in a power plant in southern parts of China for example, the testing results, by analyzing chemical compositions of the water - cooled wall tubes, their mechanical performance and microstructure and so on, showed that the main reasons are of the sharp decreasing of high temperature tensile strength to have made tubes ductile deformation or fracture caused by overheating rapidly in a short time, it is suggested that the overheating reasons of water - cooled wall tubes be checked out in details according to a concrete operation conditions.
