摘要
分析了GE 350 MW汽轮机组在一个大修运行期间轴系中心的变化情况,以及各轴承金属温度和振动发生变化的原因。阐述了按对轮进行轴系中心调整的计算方法,以及拉钢丝进行隔板凹窝中心调整的计算方法和注意事项。对300 MW及以上汽轮机组的轴系调整工作有参考作用。
The changing situation of shaft center and the variety reasons for metal temperature and vibration of bearings were analyzed, the calculating method of adjusting shaft center in a coupling way and of adjusting baffle plates" concave center in a pulled steel wire way were discussed, which can make a significant references to adjusting shafts of turbine of 300 MW and above.
