通过对库区生态农业发展的价值定位,改变库区传统粗放型的农业发展模式,进而建立起资源产权分配、农业发展规划、技术激励引进以及农业生态补偿等一系列配套法律机制,以促进生态农业在库区的发展。

Facing the problems such as farmland reduction, flail ecology and backward economical development, we should stick to the idea of sustainable development. Value orientation of ecological agriculture in Three Gorges Reservoir area, changing the traditional extensive pattern of agricultural development in this area, and construction of a necessary legal mechanism of resources property right, cultural development plan, encouragement of technology introduction and compensation of ecological interest can promote the development of ecological agriculture in the reservoir area.
