论公共物品供给的改进及其路径选择——基于“和谐社会”的视角

On the Improvement of Public Goods Supply and the Choice of Improving Ways from the View of “Harmonious Society”

构建“和谐社会”要求公共治理的和谐,这是我国公共物品供给领域面临的新课题。本文基于“和谐社会”的视角,从公共物品的供给主体、供给方式、政府职能转换、听证制度等方面提出我国公共物品供给改进的举措,从而加快社会主义和谐社会建设。

Constructing a ＂harmonious society＂ needs harmonious public administration, which is a new topic in the field of public goods supply in our country. From the perspective of building a ＂harmonious society＂, this paper puts forward some measures of improving public goods supply in our country from the following aspects： main body of supply, supply method, government function conversion and hearing system, so as to accelerate the construction of socialism and harmonious society.
