利用RAPD分析花椰菜遗传多样性及预测杂交优势组合 被引量:7

摘要 利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)方法,对24个花椰菜品种的基因组DNA进行多态性分析。选用20个10 bp随机引物共扩增出180条DNA片段,其中多态性片段123条,占68.3%。结果表明,花椰菜品种间具有丰富的遗传多样性。遗传相似分析表明,品种间的亲缘关系远近与地理分布有一定的相关性;品种熟性的差异与其遗传基因差异相关。根据花椰菜不同品种的遗传距离差异,结合其生物学特性、地理距离,预测试验材料中的5个杂交组合可能获得理想的杂交优势。
