摘要
目的气管插管等器械导致的附加功可能使机械通气患者呼吸功增高,评价附加功对脱机有指导意义。方法通过BicoreCP-100呼吸监测仪监测术后患者在不同水平压力支持通气(PS)、T管及拔管后的呼吸功等参数变化,并推算克服附加功所需的PS水平。结果随PS水平降低患者呼吸功显著增加。器械导致的附加功使PS0kPa时的呼吸功增加57%,而气管插管使T管时的呼吸功增加41%。克服附加功的PS水平为0.66kPa。结论当PS水平过低或采用T管时。
