摘要
应用免疫SPA菌体花环、间接ELISA、细胞培养技术和四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)测定法对高压静电场照射雏鸡血液的T、B细胞数量及其对ConA或PMA的增殖功能和IgG、IgM、IgA含量的动态变化进行了较全面系统的研究。结果发现,高压正静电场照射雏鸡血液的T、B细胞数量及其增殖功能、血清3种免疫球蛋白含量均明显高于高压负静电场照射雏鸡和相应对照雏鸡;而高压负静电场照射雏鸡血液的上述各项检测指标均不同程度的低于相应对照雏鸡。表明高压正静电场照射对雏鸡血液的免疫功能有促进作用,而高压负静电场照射可使雏鸡血液的免疫功能降低或减弱。
Dynamic changes of number and proliferative response to concanavalin A (ConA) or phorble myristate acetate(PMA)of T and B lymphocyte,content of immunoglobulin IgG, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood of one-day-old chicks treated with high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF)were studied by using staphytococcal protein A(SPA) rosette test, indirect enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay(IELISA), cellular culture technique and [3-(4, 5-dimethyhhiazol-2-yl)]-2, 5-diphenyhetrazolium bromide(Mrl3') method. These results discovered that the number and proliferative function of T and B lymphocyte, content of IgG, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood of chicks treated with positive HVEF was significantly elevated compared with control group and negative HVEF group. By contrast, the item above-mentioned in peripheral blood of chicks treated with negative HVEF was differently degree decreased compared with control group. These results indicated that positive HVEF has promotion role to immune function in peripheral blood of chicks treated with positive HVEF. But the negative HVEF can lower immune function of treated chicks.
