孕期微波辐射暴露对子代小鼠的遗传毒性 被引量:1

Methods The pregnant Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups and exposed to microwave radiation of 0, 570 and 1 400 μW/cm^2 respectively. The bone marrow ceils of the offspring were collected for the determination of chromosome aberration (CA), sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronucleus frequency (MNF). Results SCE showed a significant change in high intensity group, as for CA and MNF, no significant change was seen compared with the control. Conclusion Microwave radiation exposure during vregnanev may induce germ plasm damages in the offspring.
