摘要
本文利用面板数据模型的计量方法,对我国东、中、西三大经济地带2000-2004年的教育投入弹性进行估计,揭示了这三个区域经济增长率与教育经费投入增长率之间关系的差异,并得出政府应加大对中、西部经济欠发达地区的教育投入力度和转移支付力度这一结论。
This article analyses educational input-output elasticity in eastern, middle, and western China in 2000-04, using econometric method of panel-data model. It measures the differences in three economic regions in terms of the relationship between economic growth rate and educational investment. The main conclusion is that the government should increase educational investment and strengthen transfer payment to the less developed regions.
