摘要
通过课前深度访谈、课堂实录和课后追溯式访谈,笔者发现,教师信念中的教学信念是教师信念的核心,对大学英语课堂教学产生直接的影响。通过不断的职业培训、终身学习和反思,大学英语教师信念有望进一步更新。
This study adopts a multiple-case approach and the data involve in-depth pre-observation interviews, vidco-taped observation and stimulated interviews. The analysis of the results shows that teachers' beliefs about teaching function as the core and they have an immediate impact on their classroom teaching. Teachers' beliefs can be updated by means of teachers' life-long learning and their constant reflection.
