氧化铝熟料窑内衬改进与提产降耗

摘要 介绍采用复合型内衬砖和耐热钢扬料板等措施对熟料窑内衬进行的改进,提高了窑内物料的热交换效率和窑内衬的保温效果,为窑内热工制度的改善创造条件,提高了窑台时产能,达到了节能降耗目的。 The paper recommends the innovation on the inner linning of alumina kiln in which the kiln is lined with complex refractory brick and heat resistant steel feed apron so that improves the effect of heat exchange in the kiln and the heat preservation. The innovation improves conditions of pyrology system in the kiln, and raises the capacity of the kiln, saves energy and reduces consumption.
