摘要
建立了微波消解-氢化物发生-ICP-AES法测定藏药湿生扁蕾中痕量铅的方法, 系统地研究了微波消解、氢化物发生的最佳条件, 方法简便快速, 检出限为0.68 μg/L, RSD为1.1%, 样品加标回收率为98.9%~99.8%.
A microwave digestion-continuous flow hydride generation-ICP-AES method was proposed for the determination of Pb in Gentianopsis paludosa. The experimental conditions of microwave digestion-hydride generation were optimized. The detection limit of the method is 0.68μg/L and the RSD is 1.1%. The recoveries obtained were 98.9%-99.8%.
