加拿大公共政策中的性别意识及启示

文章通过分析加拿大和我国公共政策中的性别意识,指出我国要落实男女平等的基本国策,必须将性别意识纳入公共政策和决策主流,使性别平等成为公共政策制订者的基本价值目标;加强社会性别理论的研究,为性别平等政策的完善提供依据;加强性别统计,建立与完善妇女发展状况社会监测评估机制。

This paper based on the analysis about gender concepts in Canada and in our country＇s public policies, pointed out that our country to fully implement the state＇s basic policy of gender equality, must adopt gender concepts into public policies and decision-making main stream, making gender equality becomes the basic value target of the makers of public policies and enhance the studying on gender theory , providing accordance for the improvement of gender equality policy, stressing on gender statistic, and build and improve the evaluating mechanism of social surveillance on women growth situation ,
