建设资源节约型社会,首先要建设节约型政府;建设节约型政府,关键是节约行政成本。因此,节约行政成本,建设节约型政府,是深化政治体制改革的重要任务。目前政府行政成本居高不下,浪费严重的问题十分突出,必须下大决心进行整改,以提高行政效率,建设节约透明、服务高效、廉洁诚信的政府。

To build saving type of society in resources, firstly have to set saving type of govemment; To set saving type of government, the crux is to save administrative cost. Therefore, saving administrative cost, setting saving type of government are the momentous task of deepening politic system reform. Currently the issues of administrative cost remains high, wasting too much are quite outstanding, so must resolutely govern and reform it, so as to promote administrative efficiency, and set a government that being transparent in save,effident in service and loyal in corruption.
