摘要
根据深圳各采场的凿岩需求,我们成功地利用高频设备钎焊出76mm的片状钻头,这是我院对于大直径片状钻头的首次尝试。本文着重阐述了高频感应原理、感应器设计、钎焊材料选择及钎焊工艺。所述内容对感应钎焊片状钻头的研究与生产无疑是有助益的。
In order to meet a demand for drilling at quarries in shenzhen,it was successful to use the high-frequency equipment to solder diameter 76 mm chipp bit,which filled in the gaps in the soldering of large-diameter chip bit in Changsha Institute of Mining Research. The author makes an emphatic description of induction principle,induction block design,soldering material selection and soldering process as a whole.what are presented will be undoubtedly helpful to the study and manufecture of Chip bit using the induction soldering.
