心复康对缓慢性心律失常大鼠的实验研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的:观察心复康对缓慢性心律失常大鼠的治疗作用并探讨其可能作用机制。方法:选择甲状腺切除大鼠60只,随机分为心复康高中低剂量组、心宝对照组、阿托品对照组和模型对照组,6组另选取健康大鼠为空白对照组。各组均进行相应治疗疗程为1周,2周后大鼠皮下注射可乐定,并同时灌胃给药,分别记录灌胃后0.5h、1h、1.5h、2h心电图信号。心电图测定后,并取血检测环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷含量。结果:心复康高、中剂量组能提高缓慢性心律失常大鼠的心率,改善房室传导,其疗效明显优于对照组;可以提高血浆环磷酸腺苷含量,降低环磷酸鸟苷的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心复康可以有效提高缓慢性心律失常大鼠心率,其机制可能是通过对神经内分泌的调节来实现的。 Objective:To observe the curative effect and investigate the probably mechanism of action of XinFuKang(XFK 心复康) in treating experimental bradyarrhythmia rats. Methods : The rats were resetion of thyroid. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:atropine group, xinbao (心宝) group, XFK groups (including high, middle and low dosage group) and placebo groups were treated for 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, the rats instantly the drug through gastric. After 0.5h, 1.0h, 1 concentrations of cAMP, cGMP were detected. Results : XFK group. Another group were controlled one. Every were injected through subcutanous clonidine and .5h and 2.0h, the ECG were measured. The can heighten the heart rates, improve the electric conduction speed between atrium and ventricular: 2. The concentrations of GMP were decreased and the concentrations of cAMP were increased(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: XFK can improve the electrical conduction speed between atrium and ventricular, heighten the heart rates efficiently; the mechaism of XFK depends most probably on the regulation of nervous-endocrine system.
