全液压凿岩台车在焦家金矿的应用

本文详细阐述了ＭＥＲＣＵＲＹ—１４型全液压凿岩台车的结构特点、工作原理及在焦家金矿的使用情况。实践证明，该机性能稳定，穿孔速度快，结构紧凑，行走灵活，工作安全可靠，具有一机多用的功能。它可凿任意方向的炮孔，又可安装锚杆。在地质条件复杂台车不能充分利用的情况下，取得了台班效率５０ｍ、平均凿岩速度１．８ｍ／ｍｉｎ的成绩。由此可以认为该台车是一种凿岩效率高、功能全、操作简单方便、效益好的凿岩设备。

The author makes a detail description of the structure features and working principle of Model MERCURY-14 full hydraulic drilling jumbo as well as its operation in Jiaojia gold mine. The practice proved that this drilling jumbo was stable in performance, quick in drilling, compact in strture, flexible in travelling,safe and reliable in operation, and has the multipurpose functions. It can drill the blastholes in any direction and install the rock bolts. Under the conditions of both complicated geology and jumbo not to be full uses,50m/jumbo-shift and 1. 8 m/min (average rilling footage)were reached. Therefore,it can be considered that this jumbo was drilling equipment with high drilling efficiency,more functions, simple operation and good economic result.
