摘要
以经过热处理初加工葡萄果粒为样品,对其在贮藏期间发生腐烂的主要病原菌进行调查,并对病原菌进行分离、培养和回接试验,确定了腐烂病害的病原菌分别为青霉、链格孢、镰刀菌和葡萄孢,而且确定了病害为混合侵染。
In order to research pathogen dnring preservation as well as makes a comparison based on the statistics of main diseases that takes the samples of original-processed fresh grape. The separating, cultivating, and re-inoculating of the pathogen has been tested, finally the species of the pathogen has been identified. The pathogen of the diseases are A. tennis Nees, P. simplicissimum(Oud.)Thom, F. avenaceum( Fry Sacc and B. cinerea Pers.ex Ft. And the diseases could be concluded as a mix- infection.
