摘要
牙轮钻机的工况是复杂、恶劣的,各种由环境因素和自身作业产生的干扰,对其微机控制系统的可靠性、稳定性和耐久性均有不利影响。为了克服干扰,我们在改进ZWK—Ⅰ型牙轮钻机微机控制系统的基础上推出了Ⅱ型机。本文着重介绍了改进后的微机自动复位和抗颠覆功能及钻机轴压的微机自动调节功能。
The operating conditions of rotary drill are complicated and severe.The disturbance from all environmental factors and its self operation has detrimental influence on the reliability,stability and duration of microcomputer control system,In order to resist the disturbance,Model Ⅱbased on Model ZWK-Ⅰmicrocomputer control system for rotary drill was developed.An emphatic introduction to the function of automation reset and fluctuation resistance of modified microcomputer system, and the function of microcomputer automation control of drill axial-pressure is made.
