摘要
Teflon-AF是折射率低于水折射率(n=1.33)的新材料,应用Teflon-AF光纤测量了浓度低至10-10mol/L水中β-胡萝卜素的共振拉曼光谱。Teflon-AF光纤能够增强拉曼光谱强度,提高测量检出限103倍。Teflon-AF光纤内共振拉曼技术,是检测水中物质信息的可行的新方法。
Teflon-AF is a new material with a refractive index lower than that of the water ( n = 1.33 ). The resonance Raman spectra of aqueous B-carotene at extremely low concentration from 10-5 to 10^-10mol/L were obtained by Teflon-AF fibre. The Raman intensity can be enhanced, and the detection limit can be improved approximately 1000 times. The technique of resonance Raman scattering in Teflon-AF fibre provides new and effective way for the detection of molecules in aqueous solution.
