护理大专生健康商数的测评与分析

Estimation and Analysis of Health Quotient of Shanghai Associate Nurse Students

目的了解上海护理专科学生的健康商数(HQ)现状以及各方面健康状况,发现护理学生存在的健康问题,为有针对性地开展健康教育工作提供依据。方法应用香港理工大学护理学院设计的“年轻人健康商数测试问卷”,对34名本校2004级护理大专生进行调查,并与香港青年学生的调查结果进行比较。结果上海护理大专生HQ数总分基本呈正态分布,高于香港青年学生。上海护理大专学生在自尊心、人际关系、饮食与睡眠和医学健康指标等方面得分的中位数都要高于香港青年学生;而在精神健康、乙醇与吸烟等方面得分的中位数与香港青年学生的比较差异无显著性。在上海护理大专学生中,有23.5%的人HQ总分低于平均分。在精神健康、饮食与睡眠和自尊心方面低于均分的人数分别达44.1%、32.4%和29.4%。结论对在校学生不仅要关注学习成绩,更要关注学生的整体健康状况,特别是精神健康。要制订行之有效的健康教育措施,加强健康教育的管理,有助于全方面提高学生的身心健康。

Objective To survey the status of health quotient （HQ） of Shanghai associate nurse students, so as to find out their health problems as evidence for improving health education for nurse students. Methods Thirty four associate nurse students in our university were interviewed with the Adolescence Health Quotient Questionnaire designed by the College of Nursing of Hongkong Institute of Science. Compared the data to it of Hongkong young students. Results The HQ scores of Shanghai nurse students were shown as normal distribution. Their average HQ score was higher titan that of Hongkong students. Their scores in self-esteem, relationship, diet and sleep and medical health index were also higher than that of Hongkong students. There was no difference in scores of mental health, alcohol and smoking between the two groups. 23.5 % of the Shanghai nurse students had lower HQ scores than the average level, especially their HQ scores in mental health, diet and sleep and self-esteem （44. 1%, 32.4 % and 29.4 % respectively）. Conclusion Ahhongh the learning status should be care, more attention should be given to the health status of nurse students, especially their mental health. The university should provide their students easy access to mental and physiological health knowledge. Health education should be good for nurse students＇ heath.
