In the paper, the neccessity and reasonableness of the constant Energy Method for monitoring and controlling process of grouting is soft rock tunnels, and the principle of construction process of grouting are expounded. The keys and advantages are discussed of the constant energy method used to design and controll construction process of grouting in surrounding rocks of tunnel. The method provides a new way to promote and develop grouting technology.
