提出了一种基于DM642DSP的数字视频监控系统设计与实现方案,给出了系统组成的软硬件实现方案,并对视频采集、编解码和流媒体技术作了详细讨论。该系统可实现多用户异地监控,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Proposes a method of design and implementation of digital video monitoring system,and presents the implements of systems software and hardware.The key technologies such as video picture capture ,video coding and decoding, stream media,will he discussed emphatically,The system can implement remote monitoring of many users.There is a powerful demonstration for its future application.
