摘要
对医疗处方微观层面的智能监督方法进行了研究,试图对医师所开的处方实行智能监督,让每位就医的患者都能了解该处方的可信程度,从而从技术上规避医生开贵药以及多开药的不良现象。主要做法是采用关联规则挖掘技术发现疾病诊断、病历与处方之间的关联程度和药品成分间的关联程度。在系统设计方面,重点介绍了系统流程框架和(S(,C*)挖掘方法。实验结果表明提出的方法性能良好。
