摘要
脂肪细胞凋亡,即能量储存的死亡。通过凋亡来调整脂肪细胞的数目被认为是脂肪组织生长和分化过程中维持正常生理机能所必需的。脂肪细胞凋亡受神经组织因素如瘦素、神经肽Y等影响,受脂肪组织局部作用因子如过氧化物增殖因子激活的受体-γ及其配体、肿瘤坏死因子-α、激素等影响。脂肪细胞分化影响凋亡的易感性,细胞生存蛋白Bcl-2及神经凋亡抑制蛋白(NAIP)在脂肪合成过程中,其水平升高。在脂肪组织方面对凋亡的进一步研究应该阐明凋亡对脂肪组织分布的影响。
Adipose cell apoptosis is death in the energy depot. Regulation of fat cell number by apoptosis is proposed to be necessary for a normal physiological cycle in adipose growth and development. It was mediated by central factors, leptin, neuropeptide Y. In the same while, it was affected by adipose tissue local factors, such as, PPAR-γ and its ligands, TNF-α, hormones. Adipocyte differentiation influences apoptotic susceptibility, the levels of the cell survival proteins Bcl-2 and neuronal apoptosis inhibitory protein (NAIP) have been observed to increase during adipogenesis. In the aspect of adipose tissue, more studies should be done to clarify the effect of apoptosis on the distributing of adipose tissue.
