地方性高校办学体制创新研究

由于高等教育大众化的快速发展,造成我国地方性高校陷入规模扩张后的办学困境之中。本文分析了地方性高校陷入办学困境的原因,并从大众化教育发展的要求,分析了办学体制创新的必要性和可行性,提出了地方性高校办学体制创新的思路和体制创新框架。

With the rapid development of mass higher education, many local newly - established colleges and universities are facing difficult situations because of the great extension of student enrollment. The author of the present article is makes an analysis of the causes for such difficuhics, and from the perspective of the requirements for the development of mass higher education, he also puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the system innovations, and some ideas and the framework of such innovations.
