Elementary Comment the System of Dianqian in Southern Dynasty

典签制度是南朝实行的一项重要而又特殊的政治制度,该制度对南朝政局影响较大。典签由“五品吏”改为“七职”,既是名称的变异,也隐含着政治地位的提高。从某种程度上讲,典签权力的增大完全是皇权加强造成的。同时,典签的权力又是很不稳定的,时强时弱,要受诸多因素的影响。

The system of dianqian was a important and special political system in southern dynasty. Dianqian from ＂ five grade clerk ＂ to ＂ seven post ＂ was the change of name , it implied the raise of politic position also. From a certain extent , the power of dianqian was strengthened by emperor. Meanwhile , the power of dianqian was not stable. It was strong in one time and weak in other time. It would be affected by many factors.
