摘要
在全球经济日益一体化、中国市场快速全面对外开放的形式下,我国国际商务人才的需求量急剧上升。合格的国际商务人才,除了需掌握必备的专业知识外,还必须掌握好系统的国际商务文化知识,否则,他们在国际商务活动中会面临困境、遭受挫折。高校与国际商务有关专业的教学中如何有效、快速地培养学生的国际商务文化意识是一个值得大家十分关注的问题。本文就国际商务文化的内涵进行了分析,并就国际商务文化的教学方法进行了探讨。
With the increasingly integrity of global economy and fast opening of the whole China market, the demand of talents of international business increases sharply in China. To be qualified in international business, except for essential professional knowledge and skills, one has to be well aware of the international business culture, otherwise, he will face great difficulties and even failure in his business. How to teach international culture efficiently and raise the international business cultural consciousness of the colleges students, who will be engaged in international business after graduation, has become a great concern. This paper aims to make an analysis of the content of international business and discuss the efficient methods for teaching interaational business culture.
