中国竞技体育管理若干问题的思考

采用问卷调查等方法对中国竞技体育管理发展现状及管理实践中存在的主要问题进行研究分析。研究发现,制定下阶段竞技体育发展战略目标至关重要,同时,要确立作为竞技体育发展基石之一的竞技体育管理运行机制,并兼顾竞技体育的可持续发展以及后备人才的选拔与培养,重视教练员的管理能力,合理布局竞技体育运动项目。

The study of the major problems for the competitive sports administration in China showed that it was crucial to tormulate the development strategy for the next stages and set up tile stress the sustainable development of the competitive sports, the selection of the reserve the administration of the coaches, and to allocate the sports events reasonably.
