With the rapid development of higher education, the amount of higher education teachers need to be increased and the quality of higher education teachers should be improved. To strengthen training of higher education is a very important way to improve the quality of higher education. It is also a very important part of construction of group of teachers. Based on it, this article points the ways and methods of strengthening training of higher education.
