摘要
在梳理了教师教育观念及教师教育观念转变的含义、类型,分析了教师教育观念与教育行为分离的原因,以及影响教师教育观念转变的因素基础上,侧重从转化的路径模式、途径方式和干预策略等三个维度,提出了教师教育观念向教育行为有效转化的内在机制。
On the basis of teacher's educational conception, its transformation, the cause of separative phenomenon between conception and their educational behavior and influential factors, this paper puts forward mechanism in route, way and measures of its transformation.
