On Organizational Structure of Higher Education in China

站在本世纪的高端,面对中国高等教育组织结构呈现出的一些弊端,国际竞争的日趋激烈,为全面落实“以人为本”的教育宗旨,迫切要求我们改良中国高等教育的组织结构。本文针对中国高等教育组织结构呈现出的一些弊端,论述了高等教育的理想组织形态,以及在现行体制下如何改良科层组织的一些思考,以期构建一种合理的中国高等教育的组织形态。

On the 21st century high- end, in the face of some drawbacks shown in China＇s higher education organizational structure and the increasingly fierce international competition, in order to implement the ＂people - oriented＂ education purposes fully, we urgently need to improve the organizational structure of higher education in China. For some drawbacks shown in the organizational structure, this paper discussed the ideal organization of higher e- ducation patterns and put forward some thought about how to improve the hierarchies under the existing system of bureaucracy so as to build a reasonable pattern of China＇s higher education organizations.
