摘要
为了提高铝土矿的品位,应用冶金反应工程观点,对山西铝土矿进行了预脱硅研究.实验结果表明,在焙烧温度900~1100℃、熔出温度95℃、溶出用碱液含Na2O77.5g/L的条件下,铝硅比可由原矿的4.5,提高到精矿的18左右.同时,对本文的实验结果和前人的研究结果进行了理论分析.
The study of desilication dealing with Shanxi bauxite using the method of metallurgical reaction engineering was performed. The result shows that when the roasting temperature is 900~1100℃, desilication temperature 95℃ and concetration of Na2O >77.5g/L, the A-S ratio is raised from 4. 5 for initial bauxite to 18 for concentrated ore obtained from the test.Theoretical analyses of our results and others' have been performed too.
