摘要
研究并建立了贫化电炉动态模糊优化决策模型,克服了以物料平衡和热平衡为基础的静态模型难以适应动态生产过程这一缺陷.仿真结果表明,该模型可用于对实际生产过程进行优化决策,达到节能降耗、提高有价金属回收率的目的.
In this paper, a dynamic fuzzy optimal dicision model for the process of slag--cleaning electric furnace is developed. It is more adaptable to the practical opration processes than the static model which is based on mass and heat balance. The simulation results show that the dynamic model has high optimality and self-adaptability and can be applied to making optimal decision for the process.
