中国银监会成立以来,着力实施以风险为本的持续、审慎监管,努力建设银行风险管理长效机制,取得了明显成效。本文从监管当局风险监管与银行风险管理互动关系的全新视角,从理论高度研究如何提高我国银行监管效率,并提出了相关政策建议。

Since its founding, CBRC （China Banking Regulatory Commission） has been engaged in the sustained and prudent supervision and establishment of a long - term banking risk management mechanism. As a result, remarkable achievement has been made. From the new perspective of the inter - reaction between the authority＇s risk regulation and the bank＇s k management, the thesis explores theoretically how to improve the supervision efficiency of Chinese banks and proposes related suggestions.
