Investigation of the current situation of contract nurse in 60 hospitals

目的:了解该安徽省合同制护士现状,完善对合同制护士的管理。方法:发放问卷对该省60所质控网络医院的合同制护士进行现状调查。结果:合同制护士待遇普遍偏低,合同制护士离职率高,队伍欠稳定,直接影响病人安全。结论:各级管理部门应制定相关政策,采取有效措施,加强合同制护士的管理,保障病人安全,提高护理质量。

Objectives： To find out the current situation of contract nurses in Anhui province, and to improve the management to them. Methods： The contract nurses working in 60 hospitals of Anhui province were investigated by a questionnaire. Results： Contract nurses were low-paid and floating, influencing the safety of patients. Conclusion： Enhancing the scientific management of contract nurses is vital to guarantee the safety of patients and to improve the quality of nursing.
