摘要
燃烧合成的非化学计量碳化钛基金属陶瓷由非化学计量碳化钛和α-Ti相组成.等温处理促进碳化物中过饱和固溶的钛析出,金属陶瓷中α-Ti相的量增多.较高温度(800℃)等温处理使金属陶瓷中非化学计量碳化钛发生了无序—有序转变.等温处理后金属陶瓷抗弯强度增加而硬度有所降低.
Combustion synthesized nonstoichiometric titanium carbide base cermet was composed of nonstoichimetric titanium carbide and α-Ti. Heat treatment made titanium separate from nonstoichiometric titanium carbide. As treating temperature reaches 800℃, the nonstoichiometric titanium carbide transforms from disordered state to ordered state. The bending strength of cermet increases and the hardness decreases after heat treating.
