摘要
实验室试验表明,随着煤炭变质程度的增加、煤样平均粒径的降低和所含全水分的增加,微波干燥效果变差。对试验数据分析,微波干燥浮选精煤的机理是随着干燥时间的增加,煤样吸附的表面水分首先得到激发,进而煤样的毛细孔水分和部分结合水分得到激发、活化和挥发。
Laboratory test shows that microwave drying effect becomes worse as the extent of coaldeteriotation increases, the diameter of coal sample decreases, and the water content of coal increases. According to testing date and phenomenia, the mechanism of floatation concentrates with microwave drying is as follows. As the drying time incrases, the surface water of coal sample is excited, and then, the capillary and combined water is excited, activated, and volatilized.
