摘要
为研究消毒产品中三氯生含量测定方法,采用高效液相色谱法进行了实验室观察.结果,经过波长扫描选择最佳测定波长为281 nm,流动相选择甲醇与水比例4:1可达到较好的分离效果.该方法最低检出浓度为1 μg/ml;方法的线性范围为0.01~0.8 mg/ml;平均回收率为100.2%,相对标准偏差<10%.结论,用高效液相色谱法检测消毒产品中三氯生含量,方法简便、精确.
In order to study the method for measuring triclosan content in disinfection products, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results: By wavelength scanning, the best measuring wavelength selected was 281 nm and the mobile phase selected was methanol:water =4 : 1. With these conditions, good separation efficacy could be achieved. The lowest concentration detected by this method was 1 μg/ml. The linear range of the standard curve was 0.01 -0.8 mg/ml, the average recovery rate was 100.2% and the relative standard deviation was 〈 10%. Conclusion: Measuring triclosan content in disinfection products by HPLC is simple, convenient and accurate.
