计算机边字设计浅析

传统精纺产品边字设计由于受到织机的局限,多为手工画制和手工刻板,随着近些年新型剑杆织机的不断推出,产品的边字设计主要由电脑控制系统完成,从而节省了大量手工操作时间和减轻了劳动强度。在传统边字设计理论的基础上,文章对计算机边字设计的原理、设计程序和生产实践中的注意事项及应采取的措施进行了简要分析。

The designing of writing selvedge of fabrics was limited to the looms in former times, so it was designed and engraved by hands. With the development of new style rapier looms which mainly adopt computer controlling system, as a part of fabric designing, the designing of writing selvedge is transforming from traditional ways to computer designing,therefore it is able to save a lot of time and lighten much work for staff. On the basis of traditional theory of writing selvedge, this article focuses on introducing basic principles of computer designing of writing selvedge and its process, relevant issues and corresponding measures. The outstanding advantage of computer designing has been realized by a lot of staff in textile companies,its flexibility and high efficiency help accelerate fabric development and enable many textile companies to play a more active role in the fierce competition, it is an important innovation in the textile industry.
