摘要
以CCl_4诱发大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化为自由基损伤模型,观察枸杞多糖(lycium barbarumpclysaccharido,LBP)不同剂量(25mg/100gBW·d-1;50mg/100gBw·d-1)对鼠肝的保护作用。结果低剂量组能明显降低肝中丙二醛(MDA)及甘油三脂(TG)(P<0.01,P<0.05);两剂量组均能明显升高肝中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.001)。提示LBP对鼠肝自由基损伤有保护作用。高剂量组对MDA及TG降低作用不明显,LBP减轻脂质过氧化作用可能存在最佳剂量范围。
he preventivc cffcct of two doses of Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide(50mg/100g BW, 25mg/100g Bw)against lipid peroxidation in jury induced by CCl4 in wistar ratsliver were observed.In the livers of rats trcatcd with low doses of Lycium barbarumpolysaccharide(LBP),the MDA and TG content were rrduccd(P<0. 01,P<0. 05);inbothlow and high docs groups thc activity of SOD was high(P<0.001),indicating thatLBP could protcct liver from thc frcc radiccal injury and there exists an effective dosesrange of LBP。
