骨骺牵伸分离及干骺端截骨延长下肢的临床应用（附24例报告）

本文报道了２４例胫骨骨骺牵伸分离及干骺端截骨延长术治疗下肢不均等，平均延长长度为４．６ｃｍ，愈合时间平均为１８０ｄ。证明该手术方法具有：①切口小；③操作简便、创伤小，患者痛苦少；③骨质愈合快；④符合生理解剖学原则；⑤关节功能恢复较理想，并发症少；⑥护理方便的特点。作者认为此方法是治疗下肢不均等中比较理想的手术方法。

The Present article reported 24 cases of unsymmetric lower limb treated withthc method of tibial epiphyseal distraction and separation as well as Metaphyscalosteotomy.The average extented length was 4.6cm,and the average healing period,180davs.The characteristics of thiS operation were:small incision,simple and easy to perform,less i njury a nd less painful,quicker healing,in keeping with physiological and anatomicprinciples morc idcal recovery of joint function and less complications,convenience fornursing.It is suggested that this method might be comparatively idcal for treating unsym-metric lower extremities。
