摘要
本文阐述了第三方物流企业内外部绩效的衡量,在此基础上建立了物流服务指标体系及物流服务质量管理评判的框架结构并运用数学工具对物流服务质量指标体系进行评价,最后对此体系进行了仿真验证,以期待对第三方物流企业服务质量的提高提供参考。
This paper expands internal and external performance of third party logistics and builds an index system and evaluation management system of logistics service frame construction on the basis of it. The we use mathematical tool to assess the service system. At last, it carries out a simulating verification for the system, which will beneficial to the third party logistics corporation.
