摘要
京津联合发展总部经济,可充分利用两地优势资源的差异性和互补性,形成空间相邻、功能互补、产业链较完善的联合体,变水平的非理性竞争为垂直价值链的友好合作,还将带动京津冀乃至环渤海地区的经济崛起,实现区域共赢。
Beijing and Tianjin united to develop HQ economy, which could take full advantage of the othemess and complement of their dominate resources to form an adjacent combo with complementary function and perfect industry chain. Meanwhile, it will turn horizontal irrational competition to friendly cooperation of vertical value chain, and besides, it will also bring along the economic growth in Jing - Jin- Ji Area, even in Bohai Sea Circle, to realize the regional win- win goal.
