主体性、主体间性抑或总体性——对现阶段翻译主体性研究的思考

Subjectivity, Intersubjectivity or Totality Reflections on Current Research on Translator’s Subjectivity

现阶段对翻译主体性的研究是片面性的,没能也不可能揭示翻译实践与翻译主体的实质。本文从译者主体、实践、价值的总体性着手,层层深入论证,提出“总体的人”、实践的对象性和交往性以及价值关系中的各层内涵,拓展了翻译活动尤其是翻译主体的总体性研究视域。

With its obvious one-sidedness, current research on translator＇s subjectivity has failed to a large extent to reveal the nature of translation practice and translator＇ s subjectivity. This paper, focusing on the totality of translator＇ s subjectivity, practice and value at different levels, proposes that further study be carried out on human totality, the objectivity and intercourse of translation practice, and the connotations of various value relations, hence widening the vision of translation studies in general and translator＇ s totality in particular.
