Introducing the function structure and testing difficulties of PWM controlled by voltage （for short PWM）. Proposing testing solutions and achieving methods of electrical parameters and combining with the software and hardware resource of SP3160 Ⅱ Large - scale mixed integrated circuit testing system,the testing of all electrical parameters of PWM has been fulfilled. Emphatically, the design method of testing circuit for Error Amplifier and the method of testing level for output drivers are creative.
